The answer is simple: quality sleep.
I have enjoyed good sleep quality for as long as I can remember. After a successful career in finance, I embarked on a new chapter of entrepreneurship focused on yoga therapy for women’s health. I helped my clients manage menopause and premenstrual symptoms.
I noticed that all my clients struggled with sleep due to life-altering events, stress, anxiety, or hormonal changes.
Sleep disturbances are twice as common in women as in men.
This realization highlighted how something as basic and natural as good sleep had become a luxury for many in our fast-paced modern world.
That’s when I decided to delve deeper into the science of sleep and become a sleep coach.
I want to help women reclaim their right to restful nights. through simple practice.
