I studied Economics and worked in the competitive world of finance. However, I always felt the most fulfilled by helping people.
In early 2020, the pandemic and an ultra-marathon injury forced me to rest and contemplate what I really wanted to do with my life.
I have been athletic and have loved reading for as long as I can remember. In the last 10 years, while working full-time
1. I meditate and exercise ( run yoga or martial arts) daily, rain or shine.
2. I read about three books monthly, growing my library to nearly 400 titles and counting!
I decided to use my physical and intellectual skills to help people live lives of greater fulfillment and vitality.
That’s how Fangweiflow comes to life.
