4-Session Menopause Yoga helps you manage the main menopausal symptoms. It is also a positive approach that views menopause as an opportunity for self-insight and personal growth.

Since 2022, I have been running Menopause Yoga Workshops and Programs both in person and online.

I have helped more than 50 women with different cultural and ethic backgrounds to manage main menopause symptoms, such as hot flushes, insomnia, joint pain, meno-rage, mood swings.

4-Session Qigong Yoga program helps you reclaim your divine feminine and reconnect to cyclical hormonal changes.

It contains simple gestures, rhythmic movements, deep relaxation are all integrated to support your menstrual well being, return to balance.

I have helped sisters to manage painful periods, cramps, lower back pain, scanty periods, migraine, PCOS, and aspiring mothers prepare for pregnancy.

Practicing with Miss Fang has been very special and different for me. I have learnt so much new knowledge from her.

She is easy to approach and talk to personally about our women things.

She teaches us poses, breathing to help us improve postures and manage emotions as our hormones change over time. She also shares delicious nutritional recipes.
